OnePlus 6T launched in India: An overview

OnePlus has finally launched its new flagship phone in India after, the previous successor of OnePlus 6. The OnePlus 6T has many highlighted features that OnePlus has most featured on it.

The OnePlus 6T will go to the sale from 3rd November through Amazon, OnePlus Stores, OnePlus.in, Chroma, and Reliance Digital. Also, the purchase will be available through Amazon India and OnePlus.in. There will be two colour options available— Mirror Black and Midnight Black.

The OnePlus 6T has 6.41-inch optic AMOLED Display with 2340 x 1080 pixels screen resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Also, the display gives a truly immersive clarity through an 86% screen-to-body ratio. The phone has an In-Display fingerprint sensor. It has a teardrop notch which gives a clean look followed by its curved Display. The Display is protected by Gorilla Glass 6.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm‘s flagship Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor. It has an Octa-core 2.8Ghz processor. the phone is packed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The processor is enough powerful to fine-tuning every animation and gesture to create an effortless experience that never loses momentum said by OnePlus. And for playing games it has Adreno 630.

For photography, the OnePlus 6T has 16-megapixel Sony IMX519 primary camera sensor with f/1.7 aperture and 20MP as the secondary camera As it has a dual camera feature. The front camera featured 16MP Sony IMX371 camera that supports EIS and 30 fps FHD video shooting.

It has a new night mode which OnePlus calls “Nightscape” in which it helps you capture more detailed city shots after sunset. It also has a studio lighting feature which uses face detection and edge detection that highlights on the subject’s face, giving you stunning portraits with a tap of the shutter.

The OnePlus 6T is powered by Android 9.0 pie runs on Oxygen OS 9.0. The company has tried to give a smooth UI like stock Android to its users. The phone runs on 3,700mAh battery that charges up using Dash charge charging technology. It In-Display fingerprint sensor works fast aiming to give biometric security and face unlock feature. The company claims that the phone is dust and water resistant.

The Oxygen OS designed to serve various cool features like gaming mode, gesture and it has a very smooth UI surface claimed to be better than stock Android. its navigations are instant, animations are smooth and every feature serves with a purpose. OnePlus 6T Price

The price of OnePlus 6T 6GB+128GB is Rs.37,999 (approx $517) while the 8GB+128GB costs at Rs.41,999 (approx. $570). The top-end model with 8GB+256GB is priced at Rs. 45,999 (approx $626). The phone will be available through 1st November.
